An Act respecting the Commissioner for Modern Treaty Implementation

Bill C-10 provides for the appointment of a Commissioner for Modern Treaty Implementation to conduct reviews and performance audits of government institutions' activities related to modern treaties. It also establishes the Office of the Commissioner to assist in fulfilling the mandate and makes consequential amendments to other Acts.
